Anxiety has been the common story for me over the past fortnight so I figured that this week on WHL we could try something a bit different. What about making food that helps us fight the anxiety? What about food that heals us and gives us the energy we need to put into place mindfulness and exercise? For the next 5 days I am going to post recipes that are derived from The Mental Health Foundation nutrients table. We know more everyday that there is a strong connection between nutrition and mental health, so lets see what happens when we eat this way and whether the symptoms start abating. In any case, it’s food and it will be delicious!
