Commitment can be a scary thing. There’s commitment in relationships, careers, schooling, families, health and even to our own well being.
Commitment is a big deal because it’s a mental thing. Meaning we have to mentally make a decision and commit. Sometimes we commit to things that we thought we would love only to find out it’s not what we really wanted, or the opposite could be true and it could have been the best choice we ever made. But commitment means seeing things through to the end whether you like them or not.
So what is commitment? It’s about giving something a real chance, and knowing that you gave it your all, dedication.
