It is a well known fact that a healthy diet along with regular exercise is good for you physically and mentally. I have been trying to make positive changes in my life to create a better future for myself and my family. I have been trying to practice mindfulness to benefit my mental health, I have been trying to look at channeling my subconscious mind to improve my health and get my legs back in to action, in fact I think my family are fed up of hearing my “positive change” mantras!
