This week has been a direct opposite of last week and all because mental health does not follow a smooth trajectory path and it feels like we only have half the toolkit required.
Things have been improving for my daughter and have resulted in triumphs and pressures in equal measure. The ultimate result has been a setback, a blip, whatever you want to call it. You soon get used to setbacks along the way when you are dealing with complex mental health needs but it is hard to explain the correlation between progress and setbacks and the emotional turmoil attached.
