Sometime I wake up feeling really overwhelmed for no reason- it happens, its life, its fine. Today was ‘one of those days.’

As I said, I don’t really think there was a reason. I didn’t have a huge amount to do, I had a chilled start to my morning and plenty of time to get on with the few things I did have, and yet in my head I still felt crushed by the weight of … ‘something.’

I do get overwhelmed by things a fair bit and so I’m almost used to the routine of it. It usually drains me fairly quickly, typically followed by a lack of motivation, and so there were things I wanted to do today that I just didn’t get round to- going to the gym for example.
