Being at war with yourself as well as other people. At conflict with your own belief structure and others, thereby having unacceptance of what other people believe or think which does not resonate with your own thinking. Ideally where this comes from is a need to compare yourself to others, since on a subconscious level you have not accepted yourself trully. Once you accept yourself to the full extent of what you are at every moment, you will have greater freedom in being accepting and tolerant of others. Being at war with yourself and others almost always is a self punishment and when done long enough forms a mental pattern or programs which instigates itself if presented with the right stimuli.
