How often do you use phrases such as, “Oh, I have to go do this,” “I really should (insert specific thing here),” and “Man, I don’t want to, but people are really relying on me,” on a weekly basis? Often times, these people feel the need to continuously do things that they think they are supposed to do, feel obligated to do, or think they will be letting someone down if they do or do not do. The older that I get, the more and more I understand the importance of one simple, straight-forward quote.
